Digital Delivery Policy

What is delivered

Each paid pattern opens a Google Drive folder containing a printable pattern PDF, a DMC color and stitch guide PDF, and a gridded visual reference PDF. The clean outlines are inside the main pattern PDF. No physical goods are shipped.

Payment confirmation

Download access appears on your order page after the server confirms a completed payment. An approval or pending payment is not a completed purchase. If confirmation is delayed, check the same order again rather than paying again.

Order email and access

A confirmation email is queued for the delivery email entered at checkout. The PayPal account email is recorded separately for payment support. Email delays do not remove access from the order page in the browser used for checkout.

Receipt access links normally last 30 days and are single-use. Recovery sign-in links expire after 15 minutes and are single-use; a verified download-library session lasts up to 24 hours. You may request fresh access through order recovery; expiration does not require another purchase.

Google Drive folders

The order page button opens the purchased pattern folder on Google Drive. Google controls folder availability, preview, sign-in prompts and download behavior. Keep the folder link private.

Using your files

A PDF reader is needed to open the files. Print and measure the chosen outline before transfer. The gridded visual reference is not a symbol-by-symbol DMC cross-stitch chart or a machine embroidery file.

Privacy and file access

Paid folders are not listed in the public catalog. Order access links are private credentials: do not share them. Each website request checks the current purchase and refund state before showing the Drive folder link.
