What does one pattern cost?

Each paid design costs US$2. The order summary shows the total in USD before payment. Twenty patterns are available free in the free library.

What do I receive?

A Google Drive folder with three PDFs: the printable outline pattern, a DMC color and stitch guide, and an optional gridded reference. Your product page lists the actual files and page counts.

Do you ship a kit or a finished piece?

No. These are digital downloads. Fabric, thread, hoops, tools and finished embroidery are not included.

Is this for hand embroidery?

Yes. No PES, DST or other machine-ready embroidery file is included. The gridded reference is a visual aid, not a symbol-based DMC cross-stitch key.

How do I pay?

When purchases are open, checkout uses PayPal. Payment methods available within PayPal depend on your account and region. The shop does not collect full payment-card details.

Where are my downloads?

Open your order page after completed payment or use order recovery. Access is sent only to the verified purchase email.

Can I sell a finished piece?

You may sell small quantities of physical embroidery pieces stitched by you. You may not resell, share or upload the digital files. Read the pattern license.

Can I get help or a refund?

Yes. The refund policy covers broken files, unresolved delivery, duplicate purchases and requests for review.
