These terms apply to Stitchoice's website, learning articles, pattern previews, free downloads and paid digital pattern purchases.

Digital purchases

Paid patterns are digital files, not physical kits or finished pieces. Product pages list the included formats and contents. Each pattern is US$2, with the final USD order total shown before payment. Payment must be completed before downloads are released.

The order records the products, delivery link, price and policy version accepted at checkout. Later catalog changes do not replace the files purchased in an earlier order.

Pattern license

You receive a non-exclusive license to use the supplied pattern for personal crafting and learning. You may sell small handmade quantities of physical pieces stitched by you, without claiming ownership of the original pattern artwork or files.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, bundle or sublicense the digital pattern files or present them as your own digital product. Purchase does not transfer ownership of the pattern artwork. These license rules also apply to the free library unless a page expressly states otherwise.

Delivery and refunds

The Digital Delivery Policy explains order access and recovery. The Refund Policy explains damaged files, duplicate purchases and unresolved delivery. These terms do not remove consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

Website use

Do not interfere with the site, bypass access controls, access another customer's order, or use automated requests in a way that damages or overloads the service. Keep private order and download links confidential.

References and craft guidance

Preview images are design references. Materials, thread choices, tension and technique change the final result. Craft articles are general educational guidance; use care with needles, scissors and other tools.

Availability and liability

Temporary service interruptions may occur. Contact support about a paid order rather than purchasing again. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from general craft guidance or third-party services. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.

Privacy and third parties

See the Privacy Policy for order-data handling. PayPal, Google Drive and other linked services have their own terms and policies.

Changes and contact

Revised terms apply to later use or purchases, with the published date identifying the version. Questions should be sent through the contact page.
