About this Celestial Haunted Castle Halloween Wreath embroidery pattern
Celestial Haunted Castle Halloween Wreath brings celestial and botanical details into a hand-embroidery composition. Study the colored design and outline together before choosing which shapes to shade, outline or simplify. The supplied guide identifies these motifs: Crescent moons, spiral clouds, stars, potion bottles, witch hat, mushrooms, cauldron, bare trees and rolling olive hills. Border & lettering: Open olive-leaf wreath with red berries and gold stars; the bottom banner reads CELESTIAL HALLOWEEN. Value structure: Dark castle, trees, bat and cauldron contrast with the ivory path, pale moons and labels; copper and gold add warmth.
The colored image is a design reference. Thread, fabric and your stitch choices will affect the finished result. Preserve the open spaces around the smaller motifs and test difficult fills on a spare piece of fabric before stitching the main design.

Choose your hoop size
The outline pages are labeled for 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 inch hoops. Measure the printed design before transfer, because printer margins and fit-to-page settings can affect its dimensions.
A larger version gives fine contours and clustered motifs more room. Select the size that preserves the details you want to stitch.
Color and stitch guidance
The supplied PDF contains the design's DMC color suggestions and stitching guidance. Compare important shades with real floss under your working light.

Stitching sequence
- Establish outlines and lettering Backstitch the castle silhouette, tree branches, bottle contours, banner and all small text first. Map moon/cloud contours and the winding path before dense fills begin.
- Build the castle focal point Fill walls in black-brown and deep beige, then stitch copper roofs and tiny pale windows. Keep roof edges clean with 1-strand split stitch.
- Complete sky and landscape Work both crescent moons, spiral clouds, stars and bat. Then fill the rolling olive hills and the ivory path with stitches that follow the land contours.
- Add foreground Halloween objects Stitch the potion bottles, labels, witch hat, mushrooms and cauldron. Keep lettering fine and use knots only for small bubbles and tiny accents.
- Work trees and botanical wreath Build bare branches from trunk outward, then stitch the open wreath with stem stitch, fishbone leaves, berry knots and small gold stars.
- Finish highlights and cleanup Add the palest moon/path highlights, gold celestial dots and berry accents. Check all labels and banner letters, trim travel threads and even out tension
