About this Pumpkin Carriage Autumn Botanical Wreath embroidery pattern
Pumpkin Carriage Autumn Botanical Wreath brings celestial and botanical details into a hand-embroidery composition. Study the colored design and outline together before choosing which shapes to shade, outline or simplify. The supplied guide identifies these motifs: a large orange pumpkin-shaped carriage with paneled windows and door, two ornate olive wheels, small pumpkins and purple/black berries, olive foliage, rust-orange berry branches, curling brown vines, and tiny moon-and-star accents.
The colored image is a design reference. Thread, fabric and your stitch choices will affect the finished result. Preserve the open spaces around the smaller motifs and test difficult fills on a spare piece of fabric before stitching the main design.

Choose your hoop size
The outline pages are labeled for 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 inch hoops. Measure the printed design before transfer, because printer margins and fit-to-page settings can affect its dimensions.
A larger version gives fine contours and clustered motifs more room. Select the size that preserves the details you want to stitch.

Stitching sequence
- 1. Transfer & anchors Trace the carriage silhouette, window divisions, wheel circles and main wreath branches first. Mark pumpkin rib lines, wheel centers and the tiny moon/stars before adding berries. 2. Carriage body Split-stitch the outer pumpkin contour, then fill each rib section separately with copper long-and-short stitches. Keep stitch direction curved from the central ridge toward each outer edge. 3. Windows, door & trim Work pale window panes lightly, then define brown frames with padded satin or close stem stitch. Add door panels and tiny knob details last so the geometry remains crisp. 4. Wheels & scrollwork Whip or stem-stitch the olive wheel rims, establish spokes from hub outward, then add the decorative inner curls with one strand. Keep both wheels equal in tension and visual weight. 5. Wreath foliage & fruit Stem-stitch brown branches, then build olive leaves in fishbone. Add orange berries and mini pumpkins with padded satin, followed by purple and black berry clusters as knots or tiny satin dots. 6. Celestial details & finish Add the small crescent and stars with one strand of old gold. Check the circular balance, open ivory fabric spaces and carriage symmetry before pressing face- down on soft padding
