About this Skeleton Hand with Midnight Rose Four Ghosts and Celestial Botanical embroidery pattern
Skeleton Hand with Midnight Rose Four Ghosts and Celestial Botanical brings celestial and botanical details into a hand-embroidery composition. Study the colored design and outline together before choosing which shapes to shade, outline or simplify. The supplied guide identifies these motifs: Skeleton hand, one midnight rose, four small ghosts, navy and silver botanicals, berry branches, gold/silver stars and scattered knots.
The colored image is a design reference. Thread, fabric and your stitch choices will affect the finished result. Preserve the open spaces around the smaller motifs and test difficult fills on a spare piece of fabric before stitching the main design.

Choose your hoop size
The outline pages are labeled for 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 inch hoops. Measure the printed design before transfer, because printer margins and fit-to-page settings can affect its dimensions.
The stitch guide recommends 8" / 20 cm HOOP for this design.
A larger version gives fine contours and clustered motifs more room. Select the size that preserves the details you want to stitch.

Stitching sequence
- Transfer and structuralframework Transfer the hand first, then place the top rose, fourghosts, navy and silver branch arcs, berry groups and theloose field of stars and knots. Check the circular balancebefore adding any tiny dots.
- Main focal element Build the skeleton hand with 3865/822, introducing318/414 only at side planes and joints. Follow each bonelengthwise and keep the darkest lines narrow so the handstays pale against the navy foliage.
- Secondary large element Work the midnight rose above the hand with 939/823,spiraling outward from its center. Use 676/729 sparinglyon selected petal rims and highlights so the gold reads asaccent rather than a second fill color.
- Foliage / supporting motifs Lay branch stems around the hand, then fill alternatingnavy and silver-gray leaves with fishbone stitch. Add navyberry clusters and silver leaflets while preserving openivory fabric between botanical groups.
- Small decorative details Stitch the four ghosts in 3865/762/318 with tiny 310 faces.Add gold and silver starbursts, scattered metallic-lookingknots and small navy dots only after the larger motifs arevisually balanced.
- Final accents, dimensionaldetails, cleanup, and blocking Reinforce only the clearest finger joints, deepest rosefolds and strongest branch contours. Trim travelingthreads behind open areas, even the dot spacing andblock the hoop circle without flattening raised knots
